Here's a trip to Japan and a lovely mellow stepper that might be new to some of you.

Marc Sadane's - one way love affair is a terrific mellow Groove and in my opinion it contains one of the greatest bridges of all time! I cannot hear this song without getting goosebumps!

How about this from 1977 by FRESH. Lovely orchestration on this one too.

These ladies had three albums in the late 70s and they're all full of gems. This was rather tasty from 1977.

Wow, never heard this before , what a track, sadly this resonates also with me under similar circumstances, which are still painful to this day, thank god for music which can heal but not only bring you back to the realities of life, both past & present, killer tune !!!!

Wow, so many great tunes to check out here fellows! Great idea Phil on the thread, I'll have to get my thinking cap on.
Off the top of my head, one of my all time favourite ballads has to be this, Sam Dees 'After All' from 1989.
It just drips soul, passion and pain with wonderful lush orchestration and production, wonderful sax playing and Sam's pouring out his heart and feelings to his 'ex'!

Always loved this one too, although every time I hear it now I keep expecting to hear Richard Searling's voice kick in as it's his theme tune to every hour 2 of his show!
