And now for something completely different as the saying goes, but sticking with Roger Hatcher. All my love showcases the guys voice but in places the backing sometime lets it down. Roger comes from a musical family, a relative of Edwin Starr amongst others Please see link to Sir Shamblings page, a constant source of amazement me. Please take a look at the whole site not just this link. I don't know if it is still active but it is one of my go to places if I am looking for something www.sirshambling.com/artists_2012/H/roger_hatcher/index.php

I heard this recently via Mark Merry's Soul Sermon show. Orginally released on an album 'A Boy & A Dream' in 1991, Tashif Kente is South African and as far as I know, only released this one album.
Some of the tracks, including this one, have recently been re-released on vinyl, as well as digitally.
Here's a Bandcamp link:
This has to be the killer track, 'I Like The Way You Love Me', a lovely smooth slow jam, hints of Surface in the fabulous production.

Great track with a typical late 80's feeling
